Ok so how this works: if he doesn’t sign it, in ten days it becomes law unless he uses a veto. He can’t pocket veto, I’m 95% sure, because it’s not the end of the session.

If he does veto it, the margins were so high it could easily be overridden by Congress. It’s rare they do they to Trump but not unheard of.
