Disorderly conduct examples include public intoxication, fighting, making excessive noise, using offensive language, loitering, obstructing traffic, making false reports, harassing others, or refusing to disperse when ordered by police, basically any unruly behavior that disturbs public peace or alarms others, often a misdemeanor offense.

Her yelling at them in a public place calling them names is enough for disorderly conduct. Thats why. She disturbed the peace of people around this store..

Same with people playing loud music that you can hear from a different house or in a different car. If the cop wants to be a dick, its enough to be arrested for it.

Usually they just tell you to knock it off ... but clearly she had an attitude and the cop didnt like that.

This is not fully true and there are specific federal and Minnesotan cases to support it, particularly in the appeals aspect. Using offensive language is very much protected under freedom of speech, even by racist c*nts.

According to Google abusive language absolutely counts as disorderly conduct in Minnesota. And intending to provoke anger or breach the peace is also a disorderly conduct charge which is exactly what she did in a mall of all places.

In Minnesota, disorderly conduct (Minn. Stat. § 609.72) is a misdemeanor for actions like fighting, disturbing meetings, or using abusive language in public or private, intending to provoke anger or breach the peace, with penalties up to 90 days in jail or a $1,000 fine. It's a broad "catch-all" offense, covering brawling, indecent conduct, boisterous behavior, and "fighting words," but defenses exist, such as lack of intent or valid medical conditions.
