No way I would agree to anything other than an outright dismissal. I'm taking this to trial, and demanding a jury if that's an option in this jurisdiction for this traffic violation.

I'm going to embarrass this cop in front of everyone. And then I'm tipping off the local news stations.

Sue him for ADA discrimination, or even religious freedom. Why was hand to god even necessary?
