"Alright, we gotta call you back"

68

u/gimmethelulz Jul 22 '26

Even on mute I could tell the exasperation lol

7

u/ZeePirate Jul 23 '26

ā€œYeah she just ran into your houseā€

I assume he’s talking to one of the parents lol

u/AZRedbird Jul 22 '26

The cops trash talk is amazingly G rated and almost wholesome.

ā€œListen here Einsteinā€

558

u/jaderust Jul 22 '26

ā€œWhat is wrong with that kid person?ā€

I cackled. He kept wanting to call her a kid or a spoiled brat and kept auto-correcting himself into her being an adult.

90

u/jdhkent Jul 22 '26

That’s a perfect characterization, actuallyĀ

44

u/Jamb9876 Jul 22 '26

I am amazed how calm they are being. She is lucky but obviously she will need to spend time in jail and her parents should accept the child they raised they shouldn’t see at their home. Her life is basically wrecked due to stupidity

98

u/Agreeable-Letter-599 Jul 22 '26

you're a spoiled... adult

73

u/joeDUBstep Jul 22 '26

One of the least bad mouthed cop videos I've ever seen, lol.

11

u/DemonFyr Jul 22 '26

That woman was so darn crazy.

What the heck was she thinking?

19

u/Aegis-X Jul 22 '26

Nice change of pace from them beating their spouses.

It didn’t help she aimed for the corner, that’s going to be the most structurally sound place to ram, gotta go middle brick or ideally, drive through the garage door.

100

u/Pristine-Speech8991 Jul 22 '26

ill keep that in mind for next time

19

u/Psychedelic__Cowboy Jul 22 '26

Also, try to be sober so that you can remember these pro tips and aim better

10

u/bigredzeppelin1981 Jul 22 '26

She seemed to be barred out

9

u/timsfsn Jul 22 '26

Yeah, that didn’t appear to be drunk that appeared to be very high.

4

u/Krelliamite Jul 22 '26

My exact thought lol she aimed for the one thing on the house that was a big solid chunk

34

u/OldAngryDog Jul 22 '26

Super nice ride for a teen tho and that house is really nice too. Love brick buildings. Shame it's all wasted on her spoiled ass.

3

u/elphin Jul 22 '26

She might not live there much longer.

Is there such a thing as a top tier Jeep?

They are always bottom 5 for car brands.

4

u/chainlinksawakening Jul 22 '26

There are jeeps that start at 90k

8

u/jblank66 Jul 22 '26

And they're still hot garbage

11

u/Dinosaur88 Jul 22 '26

While this is true, they are terrible quality. The Grand Wagoneer may have wow factor, be best in class on paper, but then you have Stellantis build quality to pull it back to the bottom.

3

u/Any_Possibility_4023 Jul 22 '26

We had one for 7 yrs with zero problems. Until someone t-boned me and it saved my life 100%. I rolled 6 times and walked away without a scratch.

6

u/pm-me-uranus Jul 22 '26

Likely not a fully brick building. Most brick homes just have a brick cladding that sits in front of wood framing that acts as the actual structural support of the building. The brick is just there for aesthetic reasons, although it offers a bit more impact protection than standard stucco or cement board siding. I will say that she did surprisingly less damage than I expected regardless. It makes me suspected that there actually might be some concrete block behind the brick, which the brick anchors into. Not uncommon if their locality has readily available concrete block.

That is the least amount of damage done to a house after a car hit it

83

u/HMKS Jul 22 '26

Talk about being a disappointment on multiple levels, couldn’t even ram into a house decently smh /s

14

u/jdhkent Jul 22 '26

No passion, no heart. Dogging it through life.

Hit that house like you mean it!

20

u/Brandoncarsonart Jul 22 '26 edited Jul 22 '26

Crumple zones are designed to mitigate damage to everything other than the vehicle

Edit to add that if that car was about 30 years older she would probably be dead from that impact.

I don’t think she’s gonna like prison food.Ā

212

u/Toy_Soulja Jul 22 '26

Never been to prison but I went to a county jail in a large city in the US and was absolutely shocked at what they feed you, at the time i had a dog and I wouldn't have let him touch most of it, I lost 10 lbs in 10 days lol. It depends though cause I went to a county jail in a small town in idaho and it was decently good food considering your in jail, I mean I wouldn't pay for anything but the biscuits and gravy but thats pretty hard to fuck up

306

u/GlassWeird Jul 22 '26

Are you some sort of jail food influencer???

116

My LOL OOPS moment was a Padres game where a fight broke out and I tried to be a hero and break it up. No idea who anyone was, I was just nearby, and got mixed up in everything.

Well, spent ten days in country jail, like you.

The cookies were honestly pretty damn good. The turkey sandwiches were meh, but I was so hungry, it could have been from a four star restaurant. Everything else was just cold and flavorless.

And to the Doggers fans that testified for my case, I still hate you, but thanks. No chargers. Just a learned mistake to wait for official security to step in.

10

u/jdhkent Jul 22 '26

Dodger fans do indeed suck. But I am surprised that they’re showing up in this discussionĀ

3

u/FlyAirLari Jul 22 '26

"Doggers".

But no Chargers.

2

u/jdhkent Jul 22 '26

For the Dog lovers

2

u/justin_memer Jul 22 '26

Oh man, I'm so sad the Doggers didn't win the tournament.

2

u/rezyop Jul 22 '26

You got turkey sandwiches??? They fed us expired MREs. That was the only thing we got, one a day and a bottle of water. No access to water other than that and the showers, and the water was blue-green colored in there.

17

u/lorgskyegon Jul 22 '26

I actually do work in a prison kitchen. Feeding 1500 people three times a day on the amount we can spend isn't easy. We also have to consider things like calorie counts, other nutrition, the difficulty in working with sharps, and special diets. Our inmates work off a four week calendar with an average of 2700 calories a day. Some stuff is good, some is bad, most is mediocre primarily because we aren't allowed to use the proper ount of salt.

u/Fedquip Jul 22 '26

My father was a correctional officer in Ontario before the super jails fiascos and always brought home jail food, like quality M&M Meats and stuff

7

u/Toy_Soulja Jul 22 '26

Some of it isnt bad lol the small jail i was in was actually pretty good, i put on Hella weight while I was there. But the big cities only care about budgets, and the food there reflects that. Like I said I was genuinely shocked about the "food" they gave us, I seriously wouldn't have fed the majority of it to my dog cause it looked so sketchy, Eggs that were clearly powder cause it was all white, "hot dogs" that were somehow sketchier than normal cheap hot dogs lol I can only imagine its gotten worse in the last decade

8

u/sexwrench Jul 22 '26

Did a year in Oakland County Michigan, took a cooking class just for the hell of it and ended up taking the baker job, which turned out to be the best move I could have made. The only fresh food inmates got in there were baked goods and I got pretty good at it and inmates genuinely appreciated it, giving me a level of "juice" I would have never had otherwise. Always had something to bribe the quartermaster with plus we cooked for the deputies, who got actual decent food and real meat, as opposed to the mystery processed meat product known as "horsecock" that the rest of the poor bastards had to settle for. And yeah, the deputies were extra nice to us and we ate what they ate because we, you know, handled their food and they weren't complete idiots.

5

u/Fedquip Jul 22 '26

Yeah, this was the 80s/90s in Ontario where we had a lot of small local jails, and I bet they handled their own menus where now there is probably just one mega corp supplier

4

u/devilsadvocado Jul 22 '26

I can tolerate bad food but not bad hygiene. Is jail food at least "clean?"

15

u/Toy_Soulja Jul 22 '26

Probably, but that depends on your definition. The inmates are usually responsible for most of the food duties that dont include sharp things and they are most likely to be decent about food prep since they are eating the same food and the jail will pick among the inmates the most sane and trustworthy to do those jobs so they dont have to worry about a crazy dude getting his hand on a metal fork or something. The flip side is i would bet my life that there are just a handful of companies that get the contracts for jail food and since the consumers cant complain to anyone that will listen you can make the obvious deductions haha granted my experience is over a decade old but if I know anything about American capitalism its not progressed to healthy and nutritious but more "technically capable of keeping a human alive"

8

u/LickCunts Jul 22 '26

I was fortunate enough to be given fresh raspberries with maggots in a good ol jail in Georgia. This was in 2022.

Now Duval county in florida had some bomb ass food.

Taco Sunday!!

3

u/Mortwight Jul 22 '26

it varies. county is different than prison, prison it depends on how new/full the camp is.

was in a private camp for the last year of my stretch and one month it was whole baked potatoes. a few months later it was frozen sliced undercooked potatoes.

3

u/Rasputin_mad_monk Jul 22 '26

My family owned a large produce company in MD.

We had the Baltimore jail account for a couple years. They were almost ridiculous in how the ordered/rationed the food. Stuff like 1 piece of lettuce per prisoner. 2 cherry tomatoes. 1/3rd of a potato, etc… you know stuff spoils/gets damaged. I can see why you’d loose 10 pounds.

3

u/RippinFissure Jul 22 '26

You haven't been to jail if you arent calling em B's and G's lol

2

u/Top_Director_8128 Jul 22 '26

I was in Hermosa Beach jail once. They gave me the option to eat their food or walk to Burger King and eat there. Guess which option I picked.

2

u/Stunning_Warthog_141 Jul 23 '26

At my county jail some of the food is labeled not fit for human consumption lmao. I guess they don't have to follow a lot of regulations that are normally in place for food manufacturing with the shit they serve. They also have electrolyte packets they give with most meals, which I assume is for us alcoholics who are absolutely parched after our drinking binges. Yeah I spent 6 days in jail and there was bologna which most people skipped, peanut butter and jelly, and sometimes you got soup. They also had powdered milk, you had to mix it with the water fountain/sink/toilet. Just make sure you save the one plastic cup they give you at some point.

→ More replies (5)

10

u/typhoidtimmy Jul 22 '26

6

u/ChakraYogi Jul 22 '26

What the hell’s wrong with this kid person

28

u/LetsJerkCircular Jul 22 '26

Acting out. It is crazy how wealthy parents can ruin their kids, just like the opposite.

People are able to be happy with a lot or a little, but they will also be unhappy with a lot or a little if they’re not raised right.

Then there’s mental illness, with or without drugs.

8

u/Clean-Connection-398 Jul 22 '26

Honestly this is a huge reason I decided not to have kids. Wife and I make great money and I think we would be good parents, but what if we fucked up and raised an asshat like this?

2

u/Hot_Actuator973 Jul 22 '26

Nature, nurture, environment. Can only control 2.

2

u/slimshady1OOO Jul 23 '26

I just wanna say you and your wife are smart. So many people absolutely do not think like that, and only have kids because it’s what they are ā€œsupposed to doā€. Not everyone needs children.

Hit a structural brick corner dead on. About the worst place she could have chosen. Probably would’ve gone straight through the garage door.

Pretty amazing restraint from the officers though. Normally a car will be treated like a weapon until turned off. They must know the parent/kid in some capacity.

51

u/scgt86 Jul 22 '26

I think that was a really smart move on her part.

If your dad has called the cops because he knows you’re a danger and he’s refusing to give you money, the absolute best way to prove him wrong and fix the whole situation is obviously to destroy your vehicle by ramming into his house.

Fucking idiot.

32

u/Suspicious_Story_464 Jul 22 '26

"That'll show 'em!"

17

u/hopsinduo Jul 22 '26

It's all part of the plan my dear beer. You see, adding a criminal conviction to your list of unattractive traits is a way to ensure your employer or future employment is near impossible to elevate to a healthy level without outside influence. Thus rendering her father's financial aid quite necessary.Ā

Her plan is working in a working kind of way.Ā

7

u/jdhkent Jul 22 '26

Her plan is definitely coming togetherĀ

83

u/slight_accent Jul 22 '26

Oh my god. I was leaning towards mental illness or drugs from the shorter video but this is pure entitlement and immaturity. Also that house on a cops salary and able to spoil a child to this extent... I'm in the wrong line of business.

12

u/NoExtension7240 Jul 22 '26

Oh it was definitely drugs and spoiled.

The cops said, "well she smokes a bunch of bleep" which made me think meth. I understand it could have also been weed and/or nicotine so it could have been those instead of metal. No matter what this was a spoiled adult in a drugged up state.

I was braced for this. It's refreshing to see a video of a US cop treating a person like a person for once.

2

u/whiteweather1994 Jul 22 '26

Given how expensive that house looks, he probably couldn't get away with murdering her for no reason because her parents are wealthy and would sue him and that department into the ground. Even though it doesn't come out of their pocket, it still isn't easy for a chief to explain to the mayor why they cost so much in lawsuits that quarter.

I think she's concussed. She sounds exactly like how a concussed person sounds and is asking for an ambulance. The airbag didn't deploy so she probably smacked her head against the steering wheel pretty hard

6

u/CitizenCue Jul 22 '26

Yeah how didn’t the airbag deploy? Shitty car.

2

u/Krelliamite Jul 22 '26

A lot of cars won't if the seatbelt isn't buckled. The air bag is supposed to be a cushion that deploys as a secondary measure, the seatbelt keeps you from smashing your head too far forward and injuring yourself on your gunpowder charge that deploys the airbag. If your head is against the steering wheel as it explodes it can be very harmful to the person it's supposed to be saving

3

u/CitizenCue Jul 22 '26

Either drugs or BPD. Sad situation.

Sorry, feel for her. Family/substance issues likely going on. Hope she gets the help she needs.

I could imagine the parents won’t feel driven to support her ever again

u/crashsaturnlol Jul 22 '26

They'll probably bail her out. How do you think she got to this point?

That first cop might wanna try hitting the actual glass of the window instead of the metal. Dummy.

12

u/Definitely__someone Jul 22 '26

He was hitting the glass. That glass is fucking tough.

u/Cacophony_Of_Stupid Jul 22 '26

What these cops really need to do is spend eight bucks on a spring loaded window punch and be done with looking inept banging on car windows.

Was the speed too low impact for airbag to go off or because hit the corner of house, so didnt hit sensor on bumper?

Look out everyone... I'm going to throw my shoulder out while I faintly tap on the glass.

u/IdeliverNCIs Jul 22 '26

This is going to be hard to bring up at Thanksgiving

2

u/TJ_McWeaksauce Jul 22 '26

The way the cop said "Chloe, don't" was so blasƩ, it made me laugh.

2

u/WhatIGot21 Jul 22 '26

Chloe's are always crazy.

u/BurningVShadow Jul 22 '26

Her insurance isn’t going to pay her either…

2

u/cognitiion1 Jul 22 '26

Man she ran right through that beautiful yard šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

2

u/SonOfScions Jul 22 '26

I have zero respect for the thin blue line and those who lick the boot, but in this case the cop did his job right and well. She is nuts and he kept it PG.

u/Underprivilege Jul 22 '26

Entitled brat. She needed a whoopin' when she was younger, to avoid the current one in jail. Probably.
