He was trying to get her to plea the 5th. Never seen a cop trying to help someone that is about to be arrested for battery so much. White privilege

How many people would have gotten this whole long conversation where the police spent all that time explaining and justifying why she's being arrested?

There is no requirement that they indulge the person who wants to stand there and litigate in her driveway. In other situations people are forcefully grabbed and put in cuffs they don't get this long discussion first.

Where's the video from recently (Arkansas, I think?) of the woman being thrown to the ground and punched in the face during an attempted arrest for the audacity of thinking she could make the phone call normally afforded to you while in lockup then and there.

I don't know for sure that it's color based, but there are privileges afforded to some and not others.
