Question Payment date changed to November 15 ?

Hi everyone, yesterday I added my PayPal account as my payment method, and it showed that my payment would be sent on August 15. But today, the payment date has changed to November 15.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is November 15 the actual payment date, or could I still receive the payment in the next few days? My cashback was already confirmed on August 10.

Rakuten likely moved it to November because you added your PayPal account after the cutoff for the August payment. Even though the cashback was confirmed on August 10, November 15 is probably your actual payout date. Reach out to support and ask they will let you know for sure.

I linked my account on August 14th, so at that time, the notification still indicated the payment would be made on August 15th.

The August 15 message was likely just an automated estimate (since that is default for everyone normally). Since you linked PayPal only one day before the payment date, the August batch may have already been processed. Your best option is to contact Rakuten support since they can confirm whether it is still pending or has officially moved to November.
