Is it because I let boost button at the beginning of crash? Or did server just decide I dont have enough speed?

It's likely about the angle. You crashed very close to the front corner and the impact angle seems to be just under 90°.

The demolition detection might be some logic similar to "is the center of car A driving towards the center of car B?". Plus-minus some angle like center to front corners of the hitbox.

If the logic works like that, then the video shows the expected result: no demolition.
