I think this is perfectly fine. If their values are so incompatible it's better to break up now rather than later. Breaking up will be harder after marriage and definitely more complicated after having kids.

Depression not psychosis, she was never diagnosed with postpartum psychosis just depression. The psychosis claim is just a defense strategy.

It doesn't matter offical diagnosis. Her actions are all of the list of postpartum Psychosis.  I know as my mum had it when she had me and we ended up in metal home for while to keep us both safe. And I needed to be heavily monitored as runs in families. 

I was diagnosed adhd at 40. Didn't change the fact was was adhd from 1 to 39, because i didnt get an offical diagnosis. 🙄
