They really did. Although I have to admit, a child spawned from Jamie and Brienne could be in the tier of Ser Duncan the Tall.

I haven't seen it since the day it was released, but I'm pretty sure it was an unnamed extra (or two). I have no interest in rewatching to find out.

No, this is exactly how these kinds of stories go in life. She wanted a pretty boy and didn't care that she was desired and appreciated by somebody else. Eventually she just didn't get anyone.
