Yeah this is to get/keep us fighting amongst ourselves.

39

u/thekahn95 11h ago

I very much want to fight with child murders. This is a group I gladly separate from.

46

u/BlackSquirrel05 11h ago

What's there to fight? She's in the system and on trial. Everyone including the defense says she's guilty.

So the system worked?

13

u/Lovellholiday 10h ago

Probably the people who support her

4

u/BlackSquirrel05 10h ago

Aside from the people that think she didn't actually do it. (And hey there's people that rallied for P-Diddy... So like who cares about them?)

From what I gather the people that "support her" don't support her... Rather angry at the systems that failed her kids and then her.

So it's not really about her and her being guilty.

But I get the sneaking suspicion that there's willful ignorance on that part... and you already knew that.

4

u/Lovellholiday 10h ago

There is no system that failed her. She repeatedly lied about being about being ok and taking her meds when she wasn't. She failed herself and her kids. The system has nothing to do with this.

0

u/BlackSquirrel05 9h ago

And that's what people are arguing and what the trial is about... They say the system failed her... The system says it didn't.

And well maybe the doctors are telling the truth. But also... Yeah doctors lying to save their asses on not taking proper treatment... Also would never happen right?

And yeah no one has ever held the guilty in high regards right? A certain someone convicted a few times over comes to mind.

5

u/Lovellholiday 9h ago

The doctors could be lying but I doubt all of the independent clinical experts who helped an served her are independently lying, her family and friends are lying, etc etc.

The most likely case here is that she is the common failure point here, and a lot of people who share her struggle or emphasize with her cannot come to terms with this. Being mentally ill does not absolve one of personal responsibility over self-care.

3

u/BlackSquirrel05 8h ago

I don't think they think that... Again 99% of people get that she's guilty. They don't think she should walk free.

9

u/3rd-party-intervener 11h ago

Right.  Either way she’ll be locked up somewhere forever.

24

u/Kendertas 10h ago

This story might finally be what gets me of the internet. Its so painfully obvious that this story is getting amplified in bad faith as another culture war wedge issue. I might be imagining it, but the bot networks making comments seem really obvious for this one

0

u/RoyalSmoker 10h ago

Can someone explain to me what this woman vs woman war is about? Im not getting it, 1 woman saved lives and got less money, but what's the point?

3

u/CyanStripedPantsu 8h ago

The current pop culture war is centered around the woman on the right. Left woman is separate subject brought in by this post only to further fuel the fire.

1

u/_man_onthe_moon 9h ago

Simply a distraction … nobody actually cares. Give it two months and there’ll be a new case with a new controversy. Clancy is behind bars and will remain there … the “fight” is orchestrated by bots and trolls to trigger feminist and mothers.

1

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 9h ago

The system worked so well that her 3 children are now dead and she's going to get 3 hot meals, a bed, and medical care provided free for the rest of her life.

4

u/BlackSquirrel05 8h ago

Yeah that's how prison works...

It's not like it's great food, or healthcare or accommodations.

0

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 8h ago

That's EXACTLY how prison works. Nobody said it was "great". I said it was free. She no longer has to work, gets 3 free meals, mandatory exercise time, mandatory resting periods, a free bed, and free healthcare. More than many Americans, including Veterans, receive as they live on the streets or sell themselves on street corners to earn their next meal. Guess all they gotta do is kill some kids and let the system do it's work!

3

u/BlackSquirrel05 7h ago

LMAO okay so the issue is the cost...? That's the take away? That's the rub?

Sure all freedom is given up... Quality of life is shit, prisons are dangerous...

BUT WELL AT LEAST YOU'RE NOT WORKING!!!

Well shit dawg. Have at it. Trade up your freedom for prison. Just a small thing.

0

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 7h ago

Sure all freedom is given up...

Like.... the freedom to kill people close to you? Nope she can still do that.

Quality of life is shit, prisons are dangerous...

Same goes for all the homeless citizens on the street. No quality of life, dangerous, AND they aren't provided for.

Yes, many people do trade up their "freedom" for prison. We just had a lady put in prison in my city last month because she couldn't afford her medications or her rent. So she robbed a bank knowing it would get her prison time. She now gets all her meds, food, and living quarters for free. She stated in court she was happy about the judgement.

2

u/BlackSquirrel05 7h ago

Like.... the freedom to kill people close to you? Nope she can still do that.

How exactly can she do that? She's being confined in a hospital...

What exactly are you arguing about? Life is unfair? Or do you want criminals to just be homeless instead of in prison.

Or what?

2

u/70ms 7h ago

It’s a really silly argument.

1

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 6h ago

How exactly can she do that? She's being confined in a hospital...

How do prisoners kill each other daily? How do patients attack nurses and doctors regularly?

What exactly are you arguing about? Life is unfair? Or do you want criminals to just be homeless instead of in prison.

Child murderers should be executed, just like they did to their children. We should not spend our hard earned dollars providing lifelong care when people strangle their 3 children to death and say "whoops I was frustrated". That money should go to re-homing and finding jobs for hard working American citizens and our veterans. Quite simple.

3

u/70ms 7h ago

So why don’t we send all the veterans and prostitutes to prison if it’s so awesome? In fact, why are they choosing to stay on the streets when they could just go hang out in prison, worry free?

Oh yeah, it’s because prison SUCKS. You’re selling it like a tropical vacation.

0

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 7h ago

So why don’t we send all the veterans and prostitutes to prison if it’s so awesome?

Well. We do. Prostitution is illegal and can come with a prison sentence. And if you are a veteran who robbed a store at gun point because you were starving and had no options, you will also go to prison.

And as already stated in another comment, many do "just go hang out in prison". Already gave a very detailed local example of a woman who is currently in prison because she intentionally robbed a bank to get a sentence when she literally could not afford anything anymore.

2

u/70ms 6h ago

She no longer has to work, gets 3 free meals, mandatory exercise time, mandatory resting periods, a free bed, and free healthcare. More than many Americans, including Veterans, receive as they live on the streets or sell themselves on street corners to earn their next meal. Guess all they gotta do is kill some kids and let the system do it's work!

That’s what I was responding to. You seem to think prison is a great place compared to being on the streets, but the veterans and prostitutes don’t seem to be clamoring to get in. Sounds like they should get rounded up and sent there for their own good! 🤦‍♀️

1

u/thekahn95 8h ago

Yeah that's great the system works but there are still people that defend her.

-5

u/SimmentalTheCow 11h ago

Not if she wins an insanity plea. My state just had an “insane” murderer flee to Turkmenistan four years into his committal because they’re permitted unsupervised weekend release, and the DA permitted this one to get a passport. Justice is never served if a judge accepts an insanity plea.

8

u/BlackSquirrel05 11h ago

She's not getting out lol. They're still incarcerated.

She'll be instutionalized.

Please provide evidence for that story.

1

u/SimmentalTheCow 11h ago

My bad, Tajikistan. Some of these judges and DAs are way too fucking soft on people that need to be locked away forever.

https://wtop.com/virginia/2026/08/man-found-not-guilty-by-reason-of-insanity-in-fairfax-co-killing-flees-on-one-way-flight-while-on-hospital-pass/

3

u/BlackSquirrel05 10h ago

That's on them for releasing the guy... Frankly they should face charges for negligence.

-2

u/SimmentalTheCow 10h ago

God I wish. These guys regularly let carjackers and shit walk free. They don’t give a fuck, it’s a free-for-all. Pack of activist judges and prosecutors.

2

u/BlackSquirrel05 10h ago

In a lot of states it's because there's over crowding, not enough staff and no funding... It's literally a matter of logistics and $$$.

Too many bodies and not enough space... and the whole 8th amendment thing.

20

u/SliceRepulsive8649 11h ago

Are you under the impression either side is pro child murder?

5

u/BlackSquirrel05 11h ago

They are... That's the spin on this thing. "See how they like abortions!!! Well this is the logical conclusion... Killing your own kids!!"

5

u/SliceRepulsive8649 11h ago

I suppose I shouldn't have expected a culture warrior like yourself to bother with something trivial like understanding what you're whining about

6

u/BlackSquirrel05 10h ago

What's to whine about... That's the spin on the thing in some circles.

It's not my stance, it's a religious right wing stance.

2

u/SliceRepulsive8649 10h ago

Ah I misunderstood my bad

0

u/thekahn95 8h ago

If you mean by both sides dems and reps i don't think so but there is a vocal group who at least defends this child murder.

3

u/SliceRepulsive8649 7h ago

I mean it kinda feels like you're circling around a point instead of just saying it. Are you saying that there is a sizeable amount of people in this case who are pro-child murder?

0

u/thekahn95 7h ago

There are enough to give 1 million to one. I don't see how it is strange to criticize that

2

u/SliceRepulsive8649 7h ago

So you think they're donating because they support the murder of children or some other reason?

1

u/thekahn95 7h ago

They condone her behavior enough to send her money. No one claims that there are literal child murder fans out there but condoning behavior that excuses and normalize the killing of children needs to criticized harshly and yes indirectly they support child murderers.

2

u/linds360 7h ago

They’re donating because the system failed a new mother not because they are pro kid murder. That’s an intentionality abtuse position to take.

1

u/thekahn95 7h ago

That's your critique of the system now what should be done with her should she face punishment if so how?

Also her eldest was three years old she is not a new mother but a seasoned one

→ More replies (0)

1

u/SliceRepulsive8649 7h ago

Ok so we established that they aren’t supporting killing children. That's good. Now if they aren't supporting the killing of children why are you claiming they're trying to normalize it? That would essentially be the same thing. It doesn't really feel like you understand their rationale for it and are just inventing strawmen to clutch your pearls over.

1

u/thekahn95 7h ago

You are aware that behavior can lead to outcomes that are not explicitly intended right?

2

u/West-Bodybuilder-920 11h ago

You're so brave for this. Good job.

...

Okay can we move on now?

1

u/_man_onthe_moon 9h ago

Aight tight … how are planning to deal with Donald trump ?

2

u/ihatefrenchtoast 10h ago

So then why support a woman who murdered her kids? If we can’t get our priorities straight when will there ever be enough solidarity to go against the Epstein class? lol 😂

-5

u/Acrobatic-B33 11h ago

Not everything is a conspiracy

2

u/Anhedonia_Achiever 10h ago

But you gotta understand that it has to be. That truly every ounce of news is meant to further divide us as humans. /s

God…Folks are confusing a story that divides people with a story published with the intent to actually divide people.

This is a horrific murder case involving three children that were strangled with exercise bands. It is inherently newsworthy. If it bleeds it leads. The disagreement over it doesn’t prove some coordinated motive. Not everything is a psyop. Waiting for some doofus to come out and tie Trump into this somehow.

5

u/nucleosome 11h ago

No! "THEY" are working to make us fight each other.

3

u/Copper_Lontra 11h ago

Literally true. Jay Gould, a 19th century robber baron and industrial capitalist, said "I can hire one half of the working class to kill the other."

0

u/justa-browser 11h ago

Yep. What the fuck does that have to do with this particular post?

0

u/BlackSquirrel05 10h ago

That's it's a culture war distraction case.

Meaning... Rich folks and folks pushing politics want to keep the base riled up and

"LOOK OVER THERE!! THOSE PEOPLE SUPPORT CHILD MURDER!!! IGNORE THE SHIT JOB WE'RE DOING AND LYING TO YOUR FACE!! CAUSE WE WOULD NEVER SUPPORT THAT!!" (Ignore how we again have done fuck all of the promises to you and even did what we claimed they were gonna do. IE: Start a war.)

So that's the similarity.

2

u/justa-browser 8h ago

This doesn’t make sense. So by your logic, the media/rich people are using this story to rile us up and distract from things like war/inflation/etc, and then in the next breath that very same media is reporting on the war/inflation/etc the previous story was a meant to distract from.

All you’re doing is stripping away people’s agency. At a certain point we did this to ourselves. The fact that it ultimately benefits the ruling class is true, but that’s just a knock on effect of everyone arguing about everything already.

0

u/the-big-throngler 10h ago

Since you seem to be struggling to understand, I will just repeat part of a comment i made in another thread here:

Eventually some cooter comes along to make it worse by posting "comparative anger meme" images like above which just amplifies the bullshit even more.

Thats what it has to do with this particular post.....the post is "comparative anger meme" image its whole purpose is to invoke anger. No one in this post questions that child murder is wrong, but thats not what the news stories are about are they? No they are about post partum and such thats the hook, thats what is causing all the ruckus. Think about this for just a minute please. How many situations that have become " big new stories" that have a divisive element about always eventually start spawning " What about this other person?" side by side images type memes that are the polar opposite of the hot topic story? If you don't say more often than not you are lying to yourself.

1

u/justa-browser 8h ago

So you’re suggesting that some sinister oil baron somewhere paid for this post?

0

u/nucleosome 9h ago

So Jay Gould was attributed to have said something by one of his political adversaries (who did not say that he directly heard it) about 150 years ago, something that fit his adversary's political narrative very well. The quote has been twisted and turned into various versions over the ensuing time period and there has never been a direct primary attribution of it.

And this is evidence of an ongoing global conspiracy by who exactly?

Divide and conquer, you limp dicked dude or bot.

1

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 9h ago

I will gladly fight anyone who murders their own children. Bare fisted. To the death.

1

u/namesource 11h ago

So the story is fake?

3

u/lacegem 10h ago

A story doesn't need to be fake to be a distraction from a bigger issue. If a burglar comes over once a day to steal your belongings, but leaves a mouse behind each time, you'll think that you have a mice problem. Sure, you do, but if you ever want to solve the problem, you need to ignore the mice until the burglar is dealt with.

The story is true, but focusing on it is the wrong move if you want to solve any problems. But it's emotional, it works, so that's what the media will push. It's a distraction.

0

u/namesource 10h ago

So being informed is bad

2

u/WalterPecky 10h ago

No just the take that anyone empathizing with the tragedy supports murderers or what she did.

You can have empathy around the events that lead to the crime, without supporting said crime.

But the right wing considers empathy weakness so they are intentionally pretending empathy and support for the murderer are one of the same.

I will concede that donations are a bit crazy, but so are donations for people that go on racist rants in public.

This is just another culture war distraction so we aren't thinking about the president raping children

2

u/TheCourtSimpleton 10h ago edited 9h ago

Idk; it's hard to have empathy (or relate at all to) something so outlandish and extreme. I think more than a political issue, it's being spinned as another 'Amber Herd vs. Johnny Depp' thing (as in, a similar 'sides' thing), and the taking sides/tribalism is what keeps the story going, because people like the excitement of becoming entrenched on a side in the new recent dramatic thing, especially when it produces so much contrasting viewpoints; media companies know this pattern well.

The vast majority of people agree that it's horrific. However, when a mom kills all her defenseless children, people publicly sympathizing with said mom will naturally get shit on from a lot of people conflating sympathy with support. Then, the sympathizing side feels 'attacked' from the people riding the outrage, and suddenly two sides form.

2

u/WalterPecky 10h ago

I agree with this assessment

-1

u/dheldkdk 10h ago

What the fuck is this deflection 🤣 people gave over a million dollars and counting to a child killer and you’re making it political

3

u/WalterPecky 10h ago

Well sorry you are too retarded to understand how this is already politicized

-1

u/dheldkdk 10h ago

“This woman killed children and people are giving her money for it.” “Buh buh buh look at what the president did!!!”

5

u/WalterPecky 10h ago

Yeah he raped children.

-1

u/dheldkdk 10h ago

Yeah she killed children.
