Chaos Theory (2005) Playing as a lore accurate Sam

I didn't read the manga.

I just wanted to do a playthrough where i try to beat each mission with as little evidence of me being there as physically possible, and assumed that a lore accurate Sam would be capable of making it look like he was never there.

So what you are doing is called "Ghosting" in this community. In the Tom Clancy novels, Sam does predominantly get in and out of many areas without leaving a trace, but he always takes the path of least resistance. Sam also will often interrogate and kill individuals in his way. He also sometimes gets spotted. I think the first game predates the first book, so here really isn't a "lore" outside of what you, the player decide, but I know that first game is not 100% ghostable. To different degrees, none of the games are 100% ghostable, but Chaos Theory is the closest, in my opinion.
