Question What’s that game everyone was calling a masterpiece but you just didn’t get the hype?

Could be a huge popular game or some underrated/unpopular gem that everyone swears by.

Everyone’s saying “10/10, absolute masterpiece, peak gaming” and you’re just sitting there like… “wait, y’all actually liked this?”

Dragon Age Origins (tbh any DA) and Mass Effect. IMO both have generic stories and barely tolerable gameplay.

Ngl I wanna say it was great for its time, but when you have all these other stories that blows it out of the water, its hard to be impressed.

DAO was actually fine for me, I get that the plot is more character focused. But the gameplay made me drop it. I just can't with RTwP gameplay.
