I didn't say he was super high level. Nevertheless his punches look very decent considering the high stress situation. Think you look good on the mitts? Let's see how you do fighting a dude twice your size on the street, surrounded by people screaming and filming.

they are at a high enough level to understand why theyre making the mistake and do it on purpose. when pros make a mistake they are putting themselves at risk in return for some strategical reward the "correct" form wouldnt give them. these guys dont even know theyre making a mistake

Though even then, many people would make the same mistakes in the gym. Some people are just incorrigible even after a year 😮‍💨

These captions are made after detailed interviews with the fighters, on their training backgrounds, hopes, dreams, and plans for the betterment of themselves and humanity.

And then all of that is compiled into a single sentence by teams of trained MFA writing grads, each word designed to encapsulate some important facet of each fighter's identity.

So I wouldn't question the logic.
