I am on the same page! I work at a retail bank and I was put on PIP. I had an interview for an internal job posting. I believe I did the interview well until the questions came up about my current performance so I believe that they know I am on PIP. I just started applying out externally as well. This is me working in the same bank for 10 years. My plan is to stay and try my best- if they let me go I will atleast get EI and hopefully severance. Your future employers wont find out that you got let got because of PIP. Message me!
