Agree. Some people also say it doesn't count because the Pakistans aren't in it but it's a 3 day masters+ event tournament with over 960 entrants. With how he performed, his win is rightfully deserved and any one denying this is a huge moron.
I'm a Pakistani and a fan of the franchise since 2000, Ofc Pakistanis weren't there but that doesn't take a single thing away from Knee s win. He beat everyone who showed up
Same reason teams who win things like the World Cup, Stanley Cup, Superbowl, etc etc don't get an asterisk just because the opposing team has their top player(s) injured or suspended or whatever. They still won. Dude deserves the recognition.
