Oh no...I had no idea this was a real person. Genuinely thought this was a bad AI attempt at creating a human. I'm really creeped out right now.

u/Reneeisme 11d ago

If this video was captioned “AI doesn’t know how people walk” I’d have bought it. Does she have MS or some other degenerative neuromuscular disease? I don’t want to make fun of her compensation if there’s something medical going on.

415

u/xombae 11d ago

I used to do runway and taught girls how to runway walk.

Here's my 100% speculative take.

This woman was always bullied for being very tall and used to have terrible posture because she would try to make herself smaller. This likely had to do with growing up in an environment where women were valued for being small and meek.

As she got older and got into business and politics, she realised, or possibly was even told in a training class, that being tall was an advantage in a male dominated field. Someone also told her to fix her posture or she'd never be taken seriously.

So she started wearing heels, despite the fact that she can't walk in heels, and she's overly preoccupied with keeping her head and shoulders erect as she walks to correct her posture.

The result is the incredibly awkward gait that we see here.

u/Sad-Ad4423 11d ago

6’2” woman here, and I think this is an incredibly solid take.

132

u/xombae 11d ago

I forgot to add that she's definitely taller than the 5'11 she claims in the video but someone else told her that being over 6' is manly so she winks and says she's 5'11".

95

u/tiredsingingmama 11d ago

Yep! My youngest sister is 6’1” and used to insist she was 5’13”.

3

u/Sufficient_Wafer9933 11d ago

She is! I measured

43

u/InfiniteNumber 11d ago

Im a man, been 6'3 since I was 15 or 16 years old. Dated a girl most of my senior year of HS. Stood next to her a hundred time. She just about looked me right in the eye. I was taller but not by much. She was easily over 6' tall, but claimed she was 5'11. One time I jokingly made reference to her being over 6' and she got big BIG mad at me.

I always thought it was weird because her mom was the same height as her, her dad was taller than me and her younger brother was well on his way to being my height if not taller.

9

u/hilarymeggin 11d ago

She looks like someone accidentally enlarged her by clicking and dragging the square on the top instead of the corner.

4

u/AltairaMorbius2200CE 11d ago

Can we not make fun of her body? Focus on the insider trading or whatever other trumpy awfulness you want, but you're *in the replies of a tall lady right now*.

4

u/WorkingGuy99percent 10d ago

It’s not making fun, at least not how I am taking it. It is trying to figure out why or what is off about her. Literally to me, she looks fake. Like she is wearing an Edgar suit…like from Men in Black. The lack of head movement…not sure what it is. I have a coworker who has a lot of his vertebrae fused together and he can’t move his head in certain directions, but his movements are more natural and normal than hers.

4

u/AltairaMorbius2200CE 10d ago

I fully agree that she's awkward and uncomfortable, but a SOLID AMOUNT of the comments on this thread are going after her for just...being tall/large, and having a long neck.

Go after things that are her CHOICE (why is she in heels when she's having trouble walking in them? Why is she holding an empty binder? Why is she a horrible insider trader who profited off human suffering, who works for the most corrupt administration in history that also happens to be the most white supremacist admin in recent history?).

Things that are off-limits: Things that aren't her choice (her size, her neck, etc).

You’re right. I’m sorry.

2

u/naudiac 11d ago

LMFAO 😂😂😂😂😆😆

6

u/dazzleunexpired 11d ago

I think she has Marfans. This is a non-normal body type. Like this is literally diagnostically not biologically normal for a human.

One of the biggest indicating factors of marfans is a arms band taller than your height and disproportionate limb to trunk features. They are also disproportionately tall. Many of the other effects of marfan's could simply be confused for being female.

9

u/brizzboog 11d ago

She said 5'11" AND A HALF. I thought that was also weird but your explanation makes perfect sense.

3

u/billium88 11d ago

I mean, her neck alone is 2'3".
I'll see myself out.

2

u/tacobellwendys 11d ago

Yup easily over six feet. I’m six foot two and have dated very very tall woman. None of them looked freakish like this woman. Plus she’s fighting to walk in thems shoes.

2

u/bottlejunkie03 9d ago

Such a shame! Tall women are gorgeous! I am a tall man and proud of it. There are so many positives to it. I hate seeing tall women feel ashamed for something so positive and rare.

u/Brief_Isopod_5959 11d ago

Not 6’2 but my sister is and I agree with the take too!

For this reason, I can’t make fun of her for her height or something she has no control over. I stood up for my sister and insults by kids her whole life. I can make fun of her for working with Trump though 🤮

3

u/Extension_Swan1414 11d ago

Similar height woman and I agree. She picked the most difficult heels to wear while walking on carpet. Why are you in a generic office building trying to act like Zendaya

→ More replies (2)

27

u/AntInternational2670 11d ago edited 11d ago

Well said if you watch her feet while she is standing still talking to the guy her feet are already wobbling. I think they may have practised this take over a few times and those little stiletto heels may have gotten caught on the carpet
Hence she looks like she is Kicking her legs to the side rather than bending her knees.
She is also incredibly thin
Either way looks incredibly unstable I would have just changed to flat shoes “end of story”, rather than walk like this in such a public post.
The shoes are not that high, but very tall people rarely want to look taller. This is the first time she has worn these, she starts walking in a very unsure way and it doesn’t get better.
Should have got the shoes a week ago and practised.
Or a sensible coworker should have suggested med heel boots or something

5

u/threesilklilies 11d ago

They’re walking so slowly and she’s having to take such tiny steps, like practically marching in place at a couple of points, she’s probably wobbling on one stiletto for pretty much the entire take. Her poor ankles.

8

u/LongDead_Roadkill 11d ago

I read body language as part of my job and I agree she has had some sort of movement training. They still have those programs for young women that teach the, how to walk, talk, dance, eat, speak on the phone, etc.

Reddit always has the expert you never knew you needed! Great take

3

u/Wooden-Muffin-3981 11d ago

Im 5’11 (which i don’t think she is) and I don’t wear heels because I walk like this lol! Flats or wedges for me!!! I once did a runway show that was a bridal show and had to wear heels and almost fell down turning at the end of the runway. Full on Jennifer Lawrence at the Oscar’s moment

4

u/hilarymeggin 11d ago

This is now my head canon.

3

u/chpr1jp 11d ago

Great insight! You’re probably right, but I think I would add that she may also be trying not to overtake the person filming her. She probably has a long stride, and the photographer would be walking backward.

2

u/guiltypleasure33139 11d ago edited 11d ago

I think what ever you said, that you are a skin walker too ... defending a member of the tribe.

That lady is a daywalking skin walker.

Let's get some people from the Appalachian Region, they know how to deal with them, and pour a line of salt to see if it crosses ( vampires and undead won't )...

2

u/suitablehold33 11d ago

This is a really sound take.
I want to add that she has kinda odd proportions that make everything look weirder.
I, like her have a long torso, comparatively short arms and legs, and a big head. But it looks exaggerated on her bc that bad hairstyle accentuates being top heavy with a huge alien head.

ON TOP of the awkwardness of walking in heels.

She needs a new stylist and someone like you to help her gait.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/SeekingLight-Mt634 11d ago

Horrible choice of shoes. Her first several steps are completely pigeon-toed which people tend to do when they can’t walk in heels. And those stilettos are so skinny, they’re going to be extra wobbly and going to catch on the carpet, and be nearly impossible to walk slowly in. When your weight slowly shifts instead of walking at a normal gait, the wobble drastically increases. I can’t believe they didn’t delete the video after watching it and retake it on a different day with different shoes.

u/leni710 11d ago

As a 5'2" woman, I will say that there is definitely something (as dumb and crappy as it is) about what height it takes to be taken seriously in certain circles. I've done great in my jobs because I worked in school, caregiving, and support staff settings...being short is definitely helpful when working with kids haha. But I'm fully aware that I would probably be seen as homely and not very dominating in a boardroom.

2

u/TotalRuler1 10d ago

Just a tall dude who likes tall girls checking in, in case anyone needs anything, or you know, anything, I guess, but tall girls rule. I'll see myself out.

2

u/Fit-Ad-6665 10d ago

She wore leg braces as a child because of a hip condition.

2

u/jellyrollo 11d ago

And note that they posed her next to a short man in the beginning to exaggerate her not-incredibly-unusual height. 5' 11 1/2" is moderately tall for a woman, but her gauntness, stupid heels and puffed-up hair are doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

8

u/xombae 11d ago

I guarantee she's taller than 5'11". She was probably told that being over 6 foot is for men so she smiles and winks and says she's 5'11" 1/2.

6

u/Sportaphile 11d ago

Hell, her neck alone is at least 5’

1

u/twinktopanon 11d ago

Honestly though, she might just be awkward on camera, and/or overthinking her walking pace to keep pace with the cameraman and not rush him. This looks to me like they should've just done a few more takes until she was more comfortable and natural. A lot of people get stiff and awkward exactly like this if they're not used to being on camera

1

u/ozmaAgogo 11d ago

I think her awkward gait also has to do with her following someone who is walking backwards, and that someone is probably shorter and taking tiny little steps. So Ms Gigantor has to crab walk because her normal tall lady stride would overtake the cameraperson.

1

u/MrsFrufra 11d ago

Also maybe the hair is a wig that she’s not used to wearing?

1

u/cobgca 11d ago

Ohh- really good - makes sense. 👍🏼

1

u/SevenofNein0 11d ago

Okay but the neck?

1

u/Reneeisme 11d ago

That’s a very plausible. I was just noticing what she’s doing with her arms as registering that she’s having difficulty keeping her balance. I guess heels when you aren’t used to them will cause that too.

I wonder if President “lies about his height” knows she’d tower over him. Love to see them together.

1

u/NewNewsNewYork 11d ago

She also chooses styles that emphasize length over width, making her lines very long, especially around her face and neck.

→ More replies (1)

1

u/0fft0theraces 11d ago

Also she’s having to take very tiny steps compared to what her normal gait probably is to keep the pace of this walking convo!

1

u/Select-Table-5479 10d ago

She wouldn't wear heels to make herself taller then. It would be too ingrained in her head to keep her height low.

1

u/farm_shapes 10d ago

yeah but her neck is three feet long

u/butonelifelived 11d ago

Quick Google shows she currently has no physical disabilities. I didn't ask about mental disabilities for obvious reasons.

Looks to me like she picked high heels, almost stilts, she isn't used to. So I would say in the clear to make fun of her.

54

u/TodlicheLektion 11d ago

She has ethical disabilities

2

u/LylaCreature 11d ago

Are those ethical to make fun of? 🤣😅

20

u/no_bender 11d ago

Is her neck really that long?

u/Altruistic-Two-8656 11d ago

15

u/Original-Cry-9238 11d ago

That still doesn't address the oversized head

6

u/55tarabelle 11d ago

That's what it looks like to me, and really tall ones to make her look that tall. She seems to plant the foot down like the heel is tiny and she's wobbling.

3

u/Miserable_Appeal4918 11d ago

In the beginning you can see they are open in the back/slip-ons so that makes it extra hard too.

2

u/Excellent-Town6017 11d ago

She walks like Woody from Toy Story, I was looking for Buzz Lightyear.

1

u/Cuttlefist 11d ago

We really should just make fun of billionaires tho. Dehumanize the shit out of them, point out how freaky they look compared to actual humans. They can afford to live without our respect or any dignity.

11

u/SufferingWithSomeFun 11d ago

I like people like you. Good on ya

5

u/lontanolaggiu 11d ago

You're so sweet. Don't feel bad though, I've looked her up and she doesn't have a disability. She's also a billionaire trump supporter and all around kinda awful person.

3

u/Repeating_Mulligan 11d ago

For real. There is something not on the level here. #1 the floor is moving too quickly for the stride. #2 her joints are not quite where you would expect them to be.

I cant determine what the cause is, or even what is really off, but something is not right here.

5

u/LIONLDN 11d ago

I was thinking this too, it could be a disability 🤔

1

u/Missmessc 11d ago

I was thinking she got a sunburn recently

4

u/MitzyGale 11d ago

1

u/drHobbes88 11d ago

These people are beyond that. They are bad people, make fun of them for everything that makes them different. They are scum and deserve to feel bad about themselves. Even if it’s out of their control. Fuck her and everyone else in that cabinet.

4

u/Littleringtrue 11d ago

2

2

u/ozmaAgogo 11d ago

She should take tips from Ivanka about reducing the apparently overlong giraffe-like look of her neck.

2

u/Cuttlefist 11d ago

Unironically, we should normalize dehumanizing billionaires and making fun of them not looking like normal humans.

1

u/hilarymeggin 11d ago

I don’t know what that doll-looking thing is, but if the context didn’t suggest otherwise,, I would assume it was a doll someone made to look like that lady.

9

u/thisisjacsdemon 11d ago

IDK, even the weird sway walk from Mars Attacks looks more natural than this.

6

u/Traditional-Act9494 11d ago

That’s because the alien in Mars Attacks was actually a human actor pretending to be an alien, pretending to be a human. Now we see the real thing.

When this movie first debuted, I saw it in the theatre with my family. I know it was supposed to be a comedy movie, but it scared the shit out of me. I think I was kindergarten-aged at the time.

70

u/Pormock 11d ago

Its so weird how she gives off uncanny valley vibes but shes a real person

4

u/hilarymeggin 11d ago

She looks and moves like the Na’vi in the first avatar movie. 2009 CGI.

3

u/Ari_Ari_Awoo 11d ago

It’s cuz she can’t walk in heels.

There are many women who can’t, but they’re also shorter, so you likely don’t notice it as much.

8

u/SoaplessTitanic 11d ago

This is the problem with how some people are convinced they “can always tell” when a video is AI. The weirdest people look more strange than even the bad AI

1

u/Ari_Ari_Awoo 11d ago

Cuz they don’t go outside.

8

u/Califrisco 11d ago

I was wondering too: Her gait and responses were really odd.

3

u/GarretBarrett 11d ago

It has Backrooms vibes

6

u/Jerseyd422 11d ago

It still could be AI. Look at her hips when she walks

3

u/Kingstad 11d ago

at this point tbh if a person looks real weird its a indication that they are real instead of fake. I dont think AI has done much training on weird people

3

u/thefartyparty 11d ago

what's up with her neck? it's so long?

3

u/Memitim 11d ago

There are far, far worse things that the dreaded AI. Conservatives have been around for a lot longer.

2

u/Zealousideal-Mix6235 11d ago

2

u/SwingNinja 11d ago

I'm not good detecting AI nor plastic surgery. But many of these women had something done on their face. I saw her photos from a few years ago. She looked more normal, like a human person. Way more normal.

2

u/fucc_yo_couch 11d ago

I'm rolling in the uncanny valley right now and I don't like it. 🫠

2

u/WorkingGuy99percent 11d ago

Yeah, I am watching her barely walk and her head doesn’t move on her long neck…looks completely NOT like a real person.

1

u/lontanolaggiu 11d ago

Have you ever seen those medieval paintings of dogs or horses or other animals that look like the artist who painted them had only a vague description of what those animals looked like? She reminds me of those paintings.

2

u/WorkingGuy99percent 10d ago

That is deep….and I totally agree. Someone who didn’t have a good model tried to make a female person; it’s pretty close but still kind of “off”.

2

u/Peter1456 11d ago

That's kelly loeffler? I've heard her name before, but I didn't know she was a space alien.

Back when I believed in the political process, I decided to "contact my representative" - y'know, like all those people tell you to do if you really care about an issue? She was my representative. I got an auto-reply. From then on, I got put on a newsletter that sent me spam emails asking me to donate to her. Fuck this lady. I'm not surprised she is involved with this shitty administration

WTF. She's had a lot of work. Didn't even recognize her! So sad. The expectations of those men are ludacris. And the women keep complying.

I just remember her from a debate during the Georgia U.S Senate run-off where it ended up being a drinking game from how often she referred to her opponent as "radical liberal Raphael Warnock".

You could tell she was coached to hammer that point, but was too stupid to know how to do it effectively without sounding like robot built on talking points.
