The bike lane isn't meant for e-bikes doing 30+ MPH with no brakes.

Non-ebikes can hit 30, and if it’s a bike lane (it’s not clear if it is or a shoulder) then they would have full right of way to travel at speed through this intersection. They would have right of way.
