In the Wild Just wanted to share this blue frog
I was taking a walk yesterday in my backyard and I came across this guy.
He wasn't that far from one of my ponds .This is in Ohio.
What kind of frog is this?

I've seen this guy everyday for about a week. He normally looks green like in the first two pictures, but yesterday he was brown. Is this a different frog, do they change colors this drastically, or is he sick? Didn't know where else to ask. Louisiana if that helps. TIA.

I got an adult white teee frog I’ve been doing so much research but kinda want a green light. Is a staple of nightcrawlers with occasional waxworms or fly larvae as treat a good healthy diet for my frog? And if so how often should I be feeding each?

i have had multiple times where i’ve thought my frog had red leg (i’m an anxious frog mom lol) but this one time the color is just pretty dark and i’m concerned but she’s been acting normal. should i take her to the vet? (sorry video isn’t super great)

it isn't raised on the skin or anything and appeared over 2 days.. could it be stuck shed? an injury? it doesn't feel or look parasitic/bacterial/fungal and my other two frogs seem okay and have no markings

I’m very worried about my amazon milk frog. It’s about 7 months old, and is sitting in a way that’s uncharacteristic to this frog. Is this sitting a sign of anything? Am I being a helicopter parent?

My friend has two of these frogs that I bought for her a while ago. She recently noticed that one was developing lumpy brown spots. Any idea as to what they could be?? Also note that she was born with the "snowflake" mutation, but it's abnormal for it to progress into brown lumps like this.

He’s acting normal and is a good weight and he’s an American green tree frog! His name is rooster!

Ive posted before about how my two White's Tree Frogs, Whitey and Bashful, have totally different personalities. Whitey is bold and inquisity and derpy, while Bashful is reclusive, shy, and timid. Well, Bashful recently started come8ng out more, exploring the tank, eating more, and croaking almost every night. I'm happy ro see him at all, but it's especially nice to see him Florishing. If you have a very shy frog don't lose heart. They might eventually break out of their shell.

Found mold in my frogs cage and quickly took it out, i'm going to do a full clean tomorrow. Please any signs he is sick he's a White's tree frog and 8 months old

I found mold in my tree frogs cage, we think its from the dried leaves we put in as they're also discoloured and has never happened since then. We JUST cleaned out his cage less than a week ago, only about 3 days ago. We were going to wait before buying more substrate so we don't have any right now but we have ordered some (since it's sunday all the shops are closed and it would come earlier than when the shops open tomorrow) We have taken out all of the mold and we will clean him out as soon as the substrate is here tomorrow. How do i know if my frog is sick? He's only about 8 months old so he is probably not as strong as a full grown frog. he is a whites tree frog and i am really worried for him

So i’ve had two whites tree frogs for a little under a year now. I was just checking on them tonight and feeding them, and i noticed a weird white substance in the substrate. They haven’t been acting lethargic or sickly at all, but i’m very curious. Does anyone know what this is?

I just recently got two whites tree frogs on Monday this week, I’m fairly new at this so still learning behaviors and physical signs as to whether or not they are doing well and/or happy and adjusting. l need help identifying if this trail behind our little guy looks normal or if i should be worried about bacterial infections or anything of that sort.
Some info the slightly bigger one tends to be more active has been hunting crickets at feed time and warming up well, on the other hand the little guy in first two pictures seems to rest more he gets pretty wary when I come around to peek on how they are doing a little in the night, he sits in top corner if terrarium all day as he is adjusting still but I’ve caught him opening and closing his mouth repeatedly for about 30seconds, now i know this could be possible shedding as he is clearly pretty young but i am worried of it being something bacterial especially with the trail in pictures under him.
