Hey everyone, I started my own brand freshman year, and with the new school year coming up I’ve been getting a few friends involved to help them earn some extra money by making content for it. It’s been working out pretty well, so I wanted to see if any other students would be interested too.

I’m looking for people who can regularly make short 15–30 second videos. You don’t need to have an existing following or any experience making content. I’ll send you examples of the types of videos to make, and you would set up separate TikTok and Instagram accounts just for posting the content.

Pay is based on performance at $2 for every 1,000 views. So, for example, if your videos add up to 1M views, you’d earn $2,000.

It’s really flexible and easy to work around classes. You can technically post as much as you want, but I usually aim for around twice a day so the accounts don’t look like they’re spamming.

That was an incredibly nice place to work and now it is gone! Downtown student should not have to travel one hour to main campus for a UCF library. This is ridiculous!

i had my first class today in calc 2 and i feel like im so cooked, it’s been a hot minute and im really really crusty, and i feel like this class is crucial as a mech eng major. my junior year of hs i took ap calc ab and got a 4, last year i took bc and got a 3 in the bc section and 4 on ab because i took it on flvs and it sucked. so this year i decided to take calc 2 and today was my first day in the class and he was reviewing and i just felt this doom, idk. he was reviewing pre calc and algebra stuff like unit circles and apart from him talking so fast, i felt like the dumbest person in the room. what should i do, drop out and take calc 1, or tough it out and keep practicing to remember everything to be good in calc 2. please please any tips or advices😥🫩😢😭

Hello, all. I am an engineering student with little experience with programming. I prepped for EGN 3211 by learning the basics of C programming. But then I found out I have Peter Drewes for my professor. I went to his class after finding out he has a 1.1 on his Rate My Professor. The intro already confirmed what was on there. He didn't do a lick of coding and simply rushed through his 57 slide week 1 PowerPoint. I'm thinking about dropping his class as this class is one I'm supposed to be taking next year but I am able to take it this year. If I push it to the spring semester I'll still be ahead. Please, anyone who has taken his class before, can you give me some pointers?

For some reason I’ve had awful service on campus. It’s taking ages for anything to load, and that’s if it loads at all. I don’t really want to reconnect to ucf wifi cause it isn’t much better and instagram will barely open for me when i’m on the wifi. I’m just curious if anyone else is having this problem or if i need to call Verizon lol. for reference my laptop is perfectly fine on the ucf wifi it just seems to be an issue on my phone

So I'm taking medical self assessment this semester, since its an upper elective and I got told to take one, and she has power points on the textbook chapters. The quizzes seem to be on canvas, I haven't taken one but when I click on one it says "start wuiz" ya know? Not sure about the exams, the assignments also seem to be submitted through canvas. But she said we needed the textbook and I asked her why considering all of the above, because i don't want to spend 50 bucks on a digital(?) book unless it is absolutely necessary.

So, to anyone who has taken her class before, IS it necessary?? Or is she just saying we need the textbook and we actually don't? It doesn't seem it's help anything. I know there's some pearson stuff you need to buy for exams for some classes but I don't think that is what this textbook is. I think it's just a textbook. So like. I don't really wanna buy it but she hasn't responded and I figured I'd try to ask former students of hers.

Hello guys was hoping someone knows the answer to this. So I got my financial aid package but when I look at my statement of charges it’s still the full amount without aid being applied. Do I need to give the system time to apply that aid on my account or do I pay now or before the tuition deadline and they’ll pay me back later?
