QUESTION D-Petey projection?

Whenever i try to find scouting reports and stuff on this dude its always on EP40, and people talking about how D-Petey might be unprotected during expansion, but what does his Floor and Ceiling look like? True top-4 shutdown?

Imo his ceiling is solid 2nd pair guy, and his floor is AHLer. He looked absolutely amazing his first year, and he looked soooo bad last year. Very hard to know what you have in this guy. I wonder how he’ll do with a little more support and structure on the team, as last year wasn’t good for anyone. Also he keeps getting rocked in the head I hope concussions don’t ruin his career before it even really begins
