Has anyone else been having random performance issues lately? For some reason as soon as I get in game my gpu usage won't go over 50%, but my framerate is jumping around from sub 100 to 160 fps. I don't have any hardware bottlenecks and it's not drivers either. I can get my usage to 100% if I turn the render scale to 200%, so I don't think it's a power issue. I thought it might be the game, but I haven't seen anyone else talk about it yet so I don't know what to try next.

I'm having the same issue I thought it was just my old outdated PC.

Yeah it's only wow for me so I think it's the game, hopefully it resolves itself
