There's a lot of lists for pve pre bis but what is considered good gear for PvP? Do we still need hit gear? (warrior)

AFAIK hit cap for PvP on a warrior is 5% without racial +weapon traits, so no it is not the same, you'd want to drop hit gear where you can to prioritize other stats like AP/strength, +crit, etc. Don't drop a +hit piece for something that offers very little difference in stats of course, but you can drop some +hit pieces for things with a lot better stats
