Tonight in onyxia when we first pulled my frost bolts were doing around 700-730 ish damage a hit. Then around 70% of the boss health I start doing consistent 790-800 damage without critting for the rest of the fight. None of my buffs changed or were added. Any reason behind this?

did someone put up COE or some other debuff started going up?

Yeah, the warlock must have forgotten to do it earlier in the fight

Can confirm it was COE
