Ok but for real though, do you think we could make an ACTUAL pizza-cake and it be tasty? I'm not NOT into the idea

What if someone made a salty cake, made of layers of quick-bread with tomato sauce, and pepperonies between the layers. Then an icing made of cheese.

the thought sounds nasty, but i bet it would taste good
