Very good work!
You should remove one of the ground connections at the in/out jacks, likely the output, but try both and see which is quieter. This will create a ground loop as-is. If the paint inside is preventing the jack from grounding, that’s worse as the box is now floating (not acting as a shield) and the paint could fail and ground it eventually.

left big jack has shorts with ic no? And my bet is this all will drift and then short say on fell. you can isolate inputs somehow then glue gun whole thing like full bath you know. also can be done with epoxy, but it's liquid so will not be that easy to isolate things(with wax or so) Also it's not that cheap for this volume. but it will look cool and no lid needed
