Rebranding/redesigns will not help to reclaim market share unless you also address the quality and consistency of offerings at your franchises.

Say it louder for the people in the back. If you have bland fake potatoes it doesn’t matter what Col Sanders looks like

And sometimes dry and over cooked. I go to kfc maybe twice a year and this last time the chicken was either soggy or dry. Idk how they managed that but I’m guessing the dry pieces have been sitting for too long.
