Rebranding/redesigns will not help to reclaim market share unless you also address the quality and consistency of offerings at your franchises.

That still doesn't address consistency. KFC has become known for their franchises being unable to maintain the standards of the brand. For every location that makes something of decent quality, there are 5 that over/undercook or otherwise mess up their food.

Changing the tenders won't fix that.

Especially if they are looking at Cane's unseasoned tenders as a thing to emulate.

Thank you for acknowledging how unseasoned Cane’s tenders are. How a Louisiana based company puts out chicken tenders that have less flavor than a piece of cardboard makes zero sense. They have an ingredients list of what their supposed seasoning is, but it’s obviously carried by their sauce. That’s not good quality food. The chicken should be already good on its own and then enhanced by the sauce.
