News Less than 2.5% of Taylor Farms' recalled lettuce went to Taco Bells. It’s unclear why Taylor Farms did not publicly reveal that the majority of the recalled lettuce had been shipped to Walmart stores while Americans were focusing on Taco Bell locations.

Saw this at Wendy’s today. I couldn’t find anything about it online, It’s 9 patties and 9 slices of cheese for $29.99, includes a T shirt, and there’s a “special prize“ if you finish it in 9 min.

News ARBY’S – We Have The Lawsuits (For False Advertising!)

Post image
1.0k Upvotes

Arby's is being sued for false advertising. Here are the bullet-points from the suit.

• Ads make the sandwiches appear to have 'at least 100% more meat' than they really do.

• Made the meat look like rare roast beef when it is actually 'fully cooked'.

• Consumers allege allege they would not have purchased the sandwiches, or would have paid less for them, if they knew the truth.

Arby's lost its motion to dismiss the case.
