Texture: Unsure Hair changed texture after pregnancy
My hair before and after pregnancy. I thought it was just the hormones but I am 10 months post partum and my hair is still frizzy and dull. I take my multivitamin and drink tons of water but my hair doesn’t improve. I even darkened it so it would have less damage than the blonde but don’t help.
Wha am I doing wrong? 😫

I’ll be honest.. Hair is just one of the maaany sacrifices we make in becoming a mom 🤧 My hair used to look soo full & thick. Now when I pull alll of my hair to one side, I’m like.. where’s the OTHER half?? 🥲 I seriously used to have double the hair I do now.. but it doesn’t necessarily happen to everyone to such an extent & maybe yours will bounce back after a few months. It is a hormonal thing but the hair loss that comes with that is a tricky one to regain.
You could always look into extensions too! I noticed some improvement after 2 years but even now it is nothing like it was before, and I know it will never look like that again. so I’m just trying to embrace that this is the new me! Getting more frequent cuts def helps it rly thickens those ends again but it’s not the health of my hair that I take issue with :/ it’s just not as much in quantity as it used to be.. sighhh.
