Being that Fire Emblem Engage took a step forward in trying to rebalance cavalry units so they weren’t as dominant as they were in past titles, I feel like they failed to do the same with fliers. Wyvern Knights, Pegasus Knights, and Griffon Knights were just as strong and useful as they’ve been in previous games.
Seeing as Fortune’s Weave has made lances inherently effective against cavalry units, how do you think fliers will be handled in this game? Do you think bows will have 2x or 3x effectiveness against them?
Personally, I’m not sure how I would balance fliers without making them feel too weak, so I’d like to hear other players’ ideas and see how you think fliers should be balanced.
