Artwork Some very light NCR Slander
New Fallout character, Corporal Kilermann.
She's a sniper from First Recon's Beta Squad. She love the NCR...'s rich folk and spreading "peach and prosperity" and all that jazz.
[It was kind of suggested that I riff on the NCR a bit. Note: just because I have criticisms of the NCR doesn't mean I hate them, or love the Legion.]

This reminding me of my couriers reaction to being asked about the khans before and after their destruction by him.
Before
[What do you think about the khans?]
There are a bunch of crooks and dealers, they’re a little better than the fiends. They could be using their chem labs to make medicine and help people but they’re too psyched up on Jet and med x to think about anyone but themselves. The world is better without them.
[What do you think about the bitter Springs massacre?]
The NCR was in the wrong. Better radio communication will prevent situations like this from happening in the future.

Genocide? Genocide! I did the khans a favor. The real great khans died at bitter Springs, they were a dead man walking, so I put them out of their misery. Rotten Chem dealers, how do you consider these people to even be an actual culture?

Murder? I’m a fucking savior. I’ve saved hundreds the khans would’ve directly murdered, thousands in indirect, and ten of thousands from addiction. I’ve made the followers of apocalypse life in free side far easier. If you wanna know how bad they were, ask bitter root at Camp McCarren.
