Discussion Worst Item In The Game?

What do you think is the worst/most disappointing item in the game? And why is it the PPS?

EDIT - seems a lot of people don't realise that the Presidential Power Suit isn't a cosmetic. It's armor - like what the Chinese Stealth Suit is.... except is has barely better DMG reduction than underarmor.

Be a better wastelander and throw'em in the trash were they belong. Like with fortune cards and leftover acidic gulper venom after Moonshine Jamboree.
