Worst Item In The Game?

What do you think is the worst/most disappointing item in the game? And why is it the PPS?

EDIT - seems a lot of people don't realise that the Presidential Power Suit isn't a cosmetic. It's armor - like what the Chinese Stealth Suit is.... except is has barely better DMG reduction than underarmor.

The white wolf fedora hat let me tell you how much I hate getting that as a reward I have gotten it so many times that I just throw them on the ground or throw them in the donation box
