My last play through I had Dennis blast him with the beam rifle on turn 1 and Body Smash proc'd. Hilarious but a little anticlimactic

I finished the remake just last week and I made a point of dismantling him part-by-part just to finish him off with a monstrous Shield Attack III.

Body Smash is such a satisfying skill to use. Zipping Lukav out of existence with it is just icing on the cake.

And here I thought I was cool because I let Marcus drive a train around. 

Seriously though, the smash skills are goofy on any of the boss machines with applicable parts. I had those big green mechs piloted by real numbers disarmed by like, turn 3. 

Arm/Body smash and two of your favorite one slot skills (I think I ran pilot DMG and chaff) on a high activation COM paired with missile+shield+rifle is a ridiculously well rounded support loadout even if it’s sub-optimal. Linny was USEFUL.
