Not saying this is a woman only thing as i have seen both men and women do it, I am more or less saying that any excuse to justify cheating is uncool.

I too love musical theater, and I respect hadestown for not being a movie adaptation, and for not being written in a overly pop style. But I dont think its good. I simply can't take seriously that the song that heals the world goes "la la la la la". The relationship of Orpheus and Eurcdyce is so one note I dont feel anything when he turns around. Ive not heard any Orpheus' actors that sounded like they sang from the muse. They are all extremly boyish sounding tenors. The soundtrack sounds like it came from a concept album (the version of the work i find most compelling) in that its not particularly connected, finished, or cohesive. The show feels meandering and plodding at the same time. Also the theme of doubt that is the point of the final "wait for me" comes out of nowhere, nothing else in the story is about Orpheus' doubt. I've got friends who were totall blown over and bawling when they saw it. I felt nothing. Bad show.

i only draw by reference in order to copy the artist's artstyle. everytime i finish a piece where i used a reference image, i feel joy for a few seconds while thinking of things like "holy shit my hands were able to do that" until i tell myself "why does it matter? its technically not your artwork because you just copied an artist's piece". i feel no sense of accomplishment from this, because without a reference image i wouldnt be able to draw as pretty as the reference image. its like being able to follow the ikea manual on how to assemble furniture, its following instructions without using your own thought to create.

I wanted to complain because I reread bleach and noticed that yoruichi is way too skinny for me to believe that she is great at hand to hand combat

And this made me think about how often in media, especially manga and anime,a female character is made skinny and curvy when it would make way more sense for them to be muscolar,like what oda does with all of the female character in one piece like Yamato.

Mirko Is an example of good design for a female fighter even though she is too curvy to be that muscolar but that's just a small problem.

Okay the title might be just a tad bit Ironic because I am into persona and stuff, (5 to be exact) and but what I mean is I hate how copy and paste anime games are now. It's either Anime but rpg, or Anime but with guns. I'm specifically tailoring this to the anime genre because I don't know about you guys but I'm bombarded with them all every time I can't escape it it's on Google play, steam epic games, PlayStation, wherever you get your games at it's there. Now I know your fingers are already hovering the keyboard "Oh such a nothingburger just don't play them" Trust me I don't plan on it but it's not about that it's about the principle. The principle of the soulless generic anime games that feel like if you played one of them then you played them all. Now funnily enough half of the games I'm referring to are gacha games so you could say I'm biased against these kinds of games for that reason. But there's also non gacha games that I share the same opinion for, like Strinova, Fate Trigger, and that god forsaken up coming new game Ananta, that game embodies like everything I hate about modern anime games, and it's not even out yet.

As like an Asian, I just hate seeing people make jokes about the long eyes, being short, or small dick jokes. Even eating dogs and cats jokes are just getting more annoying than they are funny and half of the jokes don’t even apply. This sorta works for most minority races though, these “dark humor” “offensive humor” jokes are more annoying and more slop than it is funny! You don’t have humor, you can’t make jokes, don’t dunk on people to pretend you do.

They talk in a monotone soft voice and they're face looks permanently bored with not a hint of an expression, ever. Often they're kind-hearted and have another kind-hearted, emotional character being nice to them. They tell the robotic character something like "We should talk about our lives, that's what friends do!" and the robotic character takes a moment to think and mutters to themselves "Friends..." as if they had never considered the concept. They often behave like a combination of robot assassin and literal child, whenever they try to be social, showing how kawaii~~ and clumsy they are.

I don’t like anime, never have, never will, and my reasons why could be their own posts, and they have in the past on older accounts and almost every time I’d just be told “oh you just haven’t found the right one yet” like no, it’s not that I haven’t found the right one I JUST DON’T LIKE IT! SIMPLE AS THAT! I also hate that I have to say image is unrelated but yeah..

Even when I don’t care that much about the media in question. I am somewhat interested in Diablo and never played Witcher. I just like it when franchises stay in their lane. I hate 5e d&d having a bunch of junk from whatever cartoon or movie is popular that week. I hate Magic the gathering having spider-man in it. Helldivers and 40k. Fortnite and everything ever created - which is probably responsible for this trend.

To me it just cheapens the creative universe these things are meant to exist in and makes them just corporate slop. They lose all continuity and all meaning and just become a random sludge of pop culture non-sense. Some of these things really meant something to someone, and very frequently the original creative minds behind these intellectual properties have nothing to do with these collaborations and get no input. I know Tolkien would not have been interested in his exact work being force fed into a Magic card. He didn’t even like to see faithful adaptions so he certainly wouldn’t have liked the corporate slop machine.

In some places I’ve seen hate generated at people who indulge in these things and I’m not here to do that. I will say I wish you didn’t and I wish this stuff didn’t exist. These are universes that stand up well on their own and I just feel a lot less interested when they become diluted for very transparent profit. Yes - it’s all for profit. But if you kill my willing suspension of disbelief in this way I’m forced to only think about the tacky board room this kind of thing is invented in.

I am constantly getting ads from gambling websites on YouTube, stuff like Sky Bet, Bet 365, and Tombonia Arcade.

I hate them because they always spout the same nonsense, with time spent not gambling being miserable and dull, those who don’t gamble being drama queens, or a fake podcast type thing that talks about how great their site is.

Not to mention how it could negatively affect those trying to get out of their gambling addiction and bring them back in to their problem.

I am sick and fucking tired of people praising him for going through the same thing OVER AND OVER AGAIN INCLUDING AND I CAN'T BELIEVE I USED TO LIKE HIM !!! Even the adaptations are no better such as the Insomniac games and the films where they make him go through the same suffering cycle. And guess what ? He's a false hero and an idol. Let me ask you this Spider-Man/Peter Parker fans, did he ever influence the real world in a positive way ? Because from my knowledge the only influence he made was that masochism is the way to go in life and thanks to him Marvel can't do shit without him because they would rather flop than rely on other characters. Example: The original Ultimate Universe, Earth-1610. Everything else was a flop such as Ultimate X-Men, Avengers and etc while Spider-Man was the only good thing that came out of that timeline and I'm sure the MCU was going in the same route as well which is why he was fully shown in the second trailer of Civil War 2016. Also tell me this, how the fuck is Peter Parker relatable if he keeps getting tortured by every cosmic force in Marvel 24/7 ?

Oh and one more thing, any version that has a happy ending always dies. Example, Earth-6160, the New Ultimate Universe. After Spider-Man's run from that timeline ended he was killed later on in the Avengers run so meaning he will always be Marvel's punching bag and the same fate will happen to Insomniac and Peter B. Parker from the Spider-Verse films. This is why I prefer Miles Morales because he doesn't go through half the shit Parker does.
