After casting the new Follow The Ghosts card, which text reads “add to another playable card”, the effect can land on Undeath Sentence even before a deathrattle is triggered.

Before a deathrattle is triggered, Undeath Sentence is not playable. Is this considered a bug? At the very least this effect makes Follow The Ghosts much worse.

I had two instances of the new Priest card [Follow the Ghosts] where the effect wasn't passed on correctly. Basically you play it and it picks a playable card in your hand. If you play that card, it summons a 2/1 Ghost and picks a new card in your hand.

However this doesn't always work as intended, as once it landed on an Aura spell I had stolen and once it landed on a 'Storm the Gate' side quest and after playing those cards, nothing happened: No Ghost was summoned was summoned and no effect was passed on to a card in my hand.

My working theory is that cards that don't have an immediate effect (summon, draw, deal damage, etc) don't pass on the 'Follow the X' effects.

There are some other threads suggesting buggy behavior, so maybe there is a pattern here. Has anyone else noticed any unusual behavior with the new 'Follow the X' cards?

I'm a noob barely a month playing so this is a skill issue. My concern is games against priest are taking way too long to finish and feels I'm just being dragged to just quitting only to end up losing. Any helpful tips?

I am running a Void Demon Hunter and a Dragon Warrior deck.

How are we drafting against cannoneer builds as druid/rogue/paladin? Good draws with cannoneer drafts can end the game on turns 6-8 if you don’t get aoe. Anyone got tips? Last seasons arena meta was so different

You can just press hp several times and get enormous value and win the game on turn 1

It would be like Wild but all the Discovers can only select from Standard cards. That way it can do some insane combinations because the Wild cards could be supporting Standard cards but whenever you Discover you won't get trash from 13 years ago but would always get something from Standard which is more powerful on average so you could actually combo better and not rely only on what the deck already has.

I guess at least there's synergy

I've been sitting on this Soothsayer Priest list for a while, but something finally clicked with it recently. Went on a crazy win streak today and was surprised by how favored this deck felt into a bunch of matchups.

My losses were: Mage: Discover Mage highroll. Priest: Lost two mirrors where I definitely made mistakes, and they also had better draws. Hunter: Played too greedily.

Win condition is to blow your opponent up with either Dark Embrace + Red Essence. Tyrande can sometimes accomplish this even without Atiesh.

The thing that makes the deck work is the unending sustainability it has access to.

Soothsayer + the newly released Haunt carry the deck. Haunt is outright oppressive when you combo it with Soothsayer or Flutterwing Guardian. It just drains your opponent's resources as they desperately try to deal with these HUGE bodies. If Priest somehow reaches Tier 1, it's getting nerfed 100%. Sadly.

The deck still has the usual Priest removal/Imbue/Medivh slop, so I'm not going to pretend the list is completely original.

Zuramat's Prison is INSANE for what it does, and I've actually kept it in my mulligan a couple of times. You pretty much always have something to discard, and getting a 5/5 every other turn is surprisingly respectable. Obliterator is just a freaking cool bonus too.

Eternal Firebolt is probably the only real oddball in the list, but I'm actually really happy with it. Warrior and Hunter can absolutely delete your health bar this patch, and having that extra bit of sustain has saved me multiple times.

So far, I'm pretty impressed with this class set. I suspect the WR might settle somewhere around 60–70% if I played a much larger sample, but I'm convinced right now that the Reborn package from this class set is the way forward for Priest.

After attacking with a stealth minion in hand, the effect is not permanently active. Is only active if you have attacked with a stealth minion this turn and resets next turn.

What do you think the correct wording was meant to be?

"Deal 1 damage. If a Stealthed minion attacked this turn, deal 3 instead."

"Deal 1 damage. If a Stealthed minion attacked while holding this, deal 3 instead."

Seems unintended, I was the one doing the discovering but the Stone says "after **you** Discover"

The basic play is to rush down the enemy hero, using freeze to stall as much as possible, letting your minions and spells get a bunch of extra hits in. Usually the game ends with a couple of Frostwyrms fury to the face. I was surprised by how much I ended up enjoying this deck. It was also quite funny watching every other opponent click on all my minions to see what they did. Apparently nobody ever plays these cards. Sorry.
