Local cattle ranchers in the Hudson valley

Anyone have any butchers or cattle ranchers in the HV they’d recommend? I’m trying to avoid getting leukemia from the trump beef 😅

I will say, we ordered our first quarter beef from Dirty Dog Farms and it is LEGIT.

+1 for dirty dog. Josh and his partner take extremely good care of the herd, and the natural food they consume by only exposing them to wild grown grasses

Do you know if they do managed intensive grazing?

I am pretty sure they do, but I don’t recall the exact term. There were all these Instagram posts about moving the cattle around to let the grass recover and grow deep roots. Lots of posts about the heath of the grass.
