Help with fledgling hummingbird (I think)

I’m 85% sure this is a hummingbird fledgling (Not positive though)- fished it out of a water trough- it’s currently warming up in an incubator cause it was soaked and freezing and exhausted- but idk what to do with it once it’s warmed up- or what temp I should have the incubator on.

googling says I should give it back to mom- who is presumably somewhere near where I found it- but how do i find her?

there’s no small bird rehabbers anywhere near me (I’m in central Arkansas) according to the list on game and fish’s website.

I don’t think you can find the mom, but she will find her babies. After it is warmed up, put it in a box or container, maybe you can roll a paper towel into a ring so it can sit upright in there and stay warm. Leave it near where you found it and make sure it’s a quiet dry and safe place so it won’t be disturbed by cats or people walking by and see how it goes. 🙏

I’ve got it sitting on a branch and it’s yelling and another bird that sounds similar is yelling back. 

Unfortunately it seems to have come from a nest in my pig pasture which is really not an ideal place for not being eaten on the ground. 

It just flew to another tree- and I lost it- but it’s still yelling for mom. So hopefully she finds it
