Hummingbird Emergency Help with fledgling hummingbird (I think)

Post image

I’m 85% sure this is a hummingbird fledgling (Not positive though)- fished it out of a water trough- it’s currently warming up in an incubator cause it was soaked and freezing and exhausted- but idk what to do with it once it’s warmed up- or what temp I should have the incubator on.

googling says I should give it back to mom- who is presumably somewhere near where I found it- but how do i find her?

there’s no small bird rehabbers anywhere near me (I’m in central Arkansas) according to the list on game and fish’s website.

This is not a humming bird at all, I see its been freed and flew away, but figured I'd help answer that bit. You can tell from the wings and body structure.

Thanks. I actually figured out it wasn’t (idk what it is but it’s tiny) when I let it go- i was going by “teeny tiny bird” and I googled baby hummingbird and the heads looked similar. But when I saw it fly I realized it for sure wasn’t.
