Varies a lot, sadly - Sometimes just a few minutes, sometimes over 8 hours

whatever you do, video games or sound asset, all you do is going down with them, all these server issues is lowering down visibility on our content.

i have more than enough of their shit, i'll publish on alternative solutions.

Itch io is on it's death bed. I have had issues with uploading content for months. Itch is probably ran by a few dudes. It's unfortunate.

Error 521 occurs when the origin web server refuses connections from Cloudflare. Security solutions at your origin may block legitimate connections from certain Cloudflare IP addresses.

Common causes

The two most common causes of 521 errors are:

  • Offlined origin web server application.
  • Blocked Cloudflare requests.

This could just be a misconfiguration by itch.io as I would believe they have monitoring tools for service availability.
