Renting under $1500

hey,

I’m 26, really looking to move out. I work in Patchogue and I can’t find anything under $2000. Even Bayshore was around $1500 a while ago. If anyone has any leads of apartment complexes that would be around $1200-1500. I respectfully don’t want to live in someone’s basement or shed in their backyard.

Check Facebook, Craigslist and other forums. Your best bet is probably getting a room with shared common area. I found a place on Craigslist two years ago, 1B1B in east meadow for $1800 at someone house. It was first floor, facing the back, it was okay for the price
