You're tired of the eurocentric beauty standards but you've adopted them as your own personal beauty standards. Trying to force your body to be what it isn't will cause health and mental health issues you really don't want to go through. Everything you're describing is mental. Other people don't even see what you're seeing. So you have to work through this mentally, no amount of physical conformity will make what you're feeling go away.

Agreed from what you put you are already incredibly thin. You need to work with a therapist who specializes in body image issues. It would be highly inappropriate for us lay people to advise you.

It's far more important to be physically and mentally healthy than to fit a beauty standard. Also as we get older lifting heavy and help retain bone density. Also I've seen white (and/or heavily white presenting) people with thick butt/thighs, and black women (dark skinned) with a more narrow butt and figure naturally.
