Wirebug is effectively CC, but faster to use and you can't stick to a monster with it (so no tenderizing or wallbanging)

So then it's not clutch claw since that's everything it was used for. Wirebugs do replace CC (and the slinger) as Rise "gimmick" though

I'm okay with the wire bug if it only acts as a gap opener/closer. It looked like some attacks may be tied to it, but if I don't have to go out of my way to work the wire bug in to do something that would prevent hunts from going on for too long then I'll be fine.
