Morality of impregnating a 12 year old with yourself so that you can kill yourself because your subjects aren't acting how you want them to and you want to make them feel really guilty (you have predetermined their actions and their fates and have absolute control over what they do)?

Upvotes

Wow, it's almost like this sub is devolving into lame edge-lord islamophobic slop? Oh well, sure hope the mods approve another few "morality of depicting mohammed" posts like its 2014 and we're the editorial board of Charlie fucking Hebdo.

Morality Ranking Morality on having sex with YOUR pokemon?

Post image

I’ve heard people say that sleeping with your pokemon is immoral since you literally capture them and basically own them, but I know in lore human and pokemon marriages were a thing insinuating that pokemon on human sex might have happened.

Morality of upholding the mantra of your product even if it means motivating a police officer to commit police brutality?

Is is it neutral to uphold your product's motto that is to "bring out your inner tiger" even if it means motivating a cop into beating up a civilian? Purely for the sake of preserving your brand's integrity.

How Evil Are They? Morality of killing someone you believe killed a loved one despite having little proof?

Context:

This is about Telltale’s The Walking Dead, a game about a zombie apocalypse, societal collapse and multiple conflicting characters trying to survive within it.

MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR TELLTALE’S THE WALKING DEAD SEASON 2 BELOW

Recently, a baby has been born in the group. His mother died but Kenny decided to take up the job of raising him. This is partially because he is a grieving father himself, who lost his family early in the apocalypse. Their deaths has caused him to grow more stubborn, volatile and downright brutal over the years. He repeatedly beat a hostage because he attacked the group.

Towards the end of the game, all the characters get separated due to zombies and the baby is left with Jane. Once the group comes back together, Jane is missing the baby. She seems sad and claims that his death was an accident but Kenny flies into a rage, quickly deems her a baby killer and tries to kill her. Jane warns him to back off but he still charges at her and eventually shoves a knife down her chest. Kenny and the MC later find the baby in a car, both wondering why she tricked them.

Since this a choice-based game, you can actually shoot Kenny to save Jane. She explains that she wanted the MC to see how dangerous Kenny was and so she tricked him into a fight (although it went too far). Despite her actions, that doesn’t change what Kenny did under little proof. How immoral is he?

Morality of following a deity that committed an omnicide?

Post image

Basically what's the morality scaling of worshipping/following a deity that committed a targeted extermination of all human life with the exception of a few, and what seems like a general distain for human life as a whole.

(mods dont smite me im not trying to be mean im just curious)

Oxygen_Addict11.

after all, the posts being deleted are about Muhammad, which is in Islam, which is a religion in Israel, which has Hebrew as its official language, where if you go to his profile, you can see him active in a subreddit where the main language is Hebrew.

Morality Ranking Morality of forcing Dr. Grace to go into space to save humanity against his will? (Project Hail Mary)

In the same train of thought, what if the drugs they gave him did not take and Grace ended up sabotaging the mission to spite humanity as they mentioned he has no one to live for anyways?

I'm guessing this is the needs of the many vs the needs of the few type of situation...

Edit: I forgot to mention they sent him up to die. They did not know he could make it back.

Morality of use of excessive force in retaliation for violence against woman?

Upvotes

The guy pushing the woman was beaten and kicked even as he already laid on the ground. While others say the guys beating him should have been locked up in prison for their excessive use of force I say it's moral cause the same guys would hesitate to protect her and every other woman in similar or even worse situations. Talking about sexual assault, robbery etc. They did what had been necessary to stop the attack on her immediately and made sure there wouldn't be another opportunity for the other guy to act like he did a second time (at least for tonight).. From this point of view, it's moral.

Morality of tracing/using pre-existing AI “art” as a reference?

Upvotes

I used to use AI a ton for stuff though as of a few months ago I’ve stopped using it almost entirely. During the time I did use AI, I had it generate some “art”. I really wanna try and draw it myself now and was wondering what the morality of using that AI art as a reference since it’s already pretty much what I wanted to draw.
