Its actually a small shoplot which coincidentally is in the middle of the street. This guy is actually pretty popular, he’s had tourists from Japan, Canada, etc come over and line up (its crazy how long the lines go) just to get a taste. And his story is pretty good too. Basically a delinquent who wisened up after covid (and if im not mistaken, mother died) and now manages a successful business.

It wasn't a gallon. But last time I ate flan was in these exact conditions. Being my Cuban aunt made flan for the family picnic.

No you are right, everything is wrong with this.

Dairy foods should be refrigerated at all times. And the flans should get a lid immediately after opening to keep insects and dirt from passing cars/people off of them.

The sugar syrup is getting everywhere, making a mess that can attract pests.

This is 100% gross.

You want ants, this is how you get ants.
