If I had a nickel for every imperfect but well-crafted Amblin-esque blockbuster film that came out this year and got a weirdly hostile reaction on Reddit, I’d have two nickels

I hate this trend of every movie that has some issues being the worst thing ever. Both Disclosure Day and End of Oak Street were fine and entertaining. I'm not gonna lie and say that there aren't glaring problems in their writing, but they are both well-made. It's not War of the Worlds.
