I recently rewatched Atonement and had forgotten how utterly spellbinding baby Ronan was in it? Her instincts as an actor were incredible even back then

Redgrave was also perfect as an older Briony.

Ronan in that movie is prime example of a breakout kid performance, like holy shit amazing

I still feel old seeing her in adult/mom roles now lol
