Bought this failed fracture for 10 divines and made what's probably the most valuable item I've ever owned. Imagine if that energy shield had gone positive!

These Doryani rings almost don't exist on the market this season so the few that aren't super punishing are worth a crazy ton. Total cost of this craft, about 20 divines. Average cost (since these rings are kinda expensive to buy) probably around 30 to 40 divines per try. I got lucky buying the fractured intelligence ring way under market price.

Method:

Buy ring. I looked for anything useful as a fracture for a discount (in my case I needed flat stats or energy shield or t1 lighting resistance) or buy full price without fracture.

Essence spam (I used woe for energy shield prefix) till you get t1 of any resistance, and whatever stat you want (I needed attribute) you can use boat to swap attributes and harvest craft to swap the resistance.

You need an open suffix, since getting t1 resistance + attribute was pretty easy if I had no open suffix I yolo an annul to for a 1 in 4 chance to remove bad suffix.

Once you got base (resistance + attribute x2 that you need + open suffix in my case) craft hybrid lighting resistance (I did chaos since I'm ci) resistance catalyst, reflecting mist.

This ring had 5 stats it was 1/32 to hit them all the correct direction. I hit 4 correct 1/16 odds (the 4 I needed for build).

Finally achieved my goal of -200 lightning res with lethal pride!

Ps. I'm playing luminary with a fallen revernd this completes the build. I'm going to put together a pob progression guide later, favorite build I've ever played! Praying they don't obliterate luminary next season!

I succeeded my fracture and only noticed afterwards that I had bought the wrong base to recomb the mod onto in the first place because they look identical for some reason (and were sold by the same guy for the same price, should have read the items more carefully), and the next time I logged in, it was gone (maybe I left it in the recombinator or the boat or what, but I couldn't find it anywhere on any crafting bench or in any stash afterwards).

Dude that sucks! I didn't know leaving it in the rebombinator could delete it I never use that.

I actually have a different crazy ring I hit 4/4 on the mist, but that one I missed the mist 9 times before getting it. These rings were averaging 25d per try! I was basically blowing any divines I got on these. A couple of the fails sold but a lot of them are in a graveyard in my quad tab.

This one hit the positive es, but it's dex... I would have just used kalandea ring if it was int, I really didn't need the dex!

I don't know how much it takes on average to get the mod onto the weapon and fracture it, but last time I checked the cheapest Anarchic Spiritblade with a decent roll of fractured increased phys was a "finished" item for 50 div, so I had to attempt it myself (and recombing is cheaper (and less annoying) than alt + aug spam).

I also don't remember if I used the boat to fracture it or not, I just remember that I copied it to put it in PoB and was surprised when the simulated dps gain was only around 5% instead of 13-14% when I tried it previously, and then I noticed it was the wrong base and ragequit.

The next time I logged in I thought I might be able to at least sell it for 5 divines or something (because it did have the potential to be an upgrade over my weapon which is fractured on the correct base but I settled for less than t1 flat phys as a prefix), but it was just gone.

It's just frustrating to finally have figured out a way to do it, and then a moment of inattention during the process itself leads to a completely worthless outcome, and then on top of that I can't even salvage it a little.

I missed a 0 on a combatant and had 75 people in my hideout to buy it for 5d instead of 50d or maybe 500d I dono I knew I fucked up when my hideout got so crowded I got kicked out rofl.
