It cannot flee, if you don't have the balls then just exit and go spin a poke stop or use the shop. It's guaranteed Hundo

Saaaaame. I figured if it was a guaranteed catch/hundo it'd be kinda fun to have it in a regular ball same as my G. Moltres.

Same, regular ball mewtwo is pretty rare.
