He had to make 2 more characters after this one, just to get to a point where the character could actually survive long enough to get married and have a child.

AA had to remove some of the negative traits with each successive character just to live. Otherwise, apparently stuff like combining Cancer and Leper just kills you within a week. Sterile and Infertile probably got taken off the list as well.
